A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
REC0~hV. ENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-110 be Approved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The E~of the S~of Lot 14 in Block K of the Kra~mer Tract in the County of Orange, State of
California. Except therefrom the North 145 ft.~ the southerly line of said North 145 ft.,
being measured parallel to the Northerly line of said land. 18 acres, at the Northwest
corner of Dowling St. and E. La Palms Ave.
The applicant, INTERSTATE ENGINEERING CORP., 600 E. Vermont St., Anaheim, Calif., as Owner,
Charles B. Frank, 433 W. Center St., Anaheim, Calif. as Authorized Agent request that
the subject property be reclassified to M-1 LIGHT Nt~NUFAC/URING from R-A, RESIDENTIAL
AGRICULTURAL upon completion of Annexation proceedings.
WHEREAS, 2he City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-110on the 15th day of Juice , 19 59, NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPA~ CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bM itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is proposed as another plant site to be built on when facilities are
available.
2. Annexation proceedings have been started under uninhabited area.
3. The ares nearby is considered as potential manufacturing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-~8-59-110 he approved for reclassification from H-A, RESIDHNTIAL AGRICULTURAL
to M-l, LIGHT MANUFACTURING, subject to:
1. No building permits to he issued until services are available.
2. The dedication to the City of Anaheim of 53 ft. from the centerline of Dowling Ave.
3. The dedication to the City of Anaheim of ~3 ft. from the centerline of E. La Palms Ave.
4. Thst conditions 2 and 3 be fulfilled within 90 days after annexation to the City of
I Anaheim is completed.
