WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition fro~ the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim. Co~%nty of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

2. Remove and re-construct curb on Claudina Street.
3. Rrect- building in accordance with the plans presented.
