WHERF_~S, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s} of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 35 to 39 Inclusive. and .Lots 24 to 34 Inclusive of Tract No. 2489.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in.the City of Anaheim, on June 29, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
M~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200 l'and
WHEREAS, Said Commission. after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself 'and in its behalf and after due consideration of-all evidence and.
reports offered at said Hearing, does find'anddetermine the following facts:
1. This tract no~ 2489 was approVed & recorded ~hile in County Territory which permitted 60.80
x 118,50 ~ lots. . ·
2. Now. it is proposed on account of the type of house to be placed on lots nos. 25, 27,-29, 31, 33
35, 37 and 39 to ~ke .8 feet from loTM nos~ 24~. 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38& add. same to .the fi
first lots making them each 6".60 feet and by so doing they will be able to Conform tothe side
