A ItESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Grantin.q Variance No. 1134
WHEREAS, The Pity Plnnning Commission of the' City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0whorls) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 79 .Tract 2298
DONALD F. KR~BS, 814 Modena Street, Anaheim, 'Ca'lifornia~ as Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Rearing at the
City Rall in the City of ~tnaheim', on June 29, 1959 NOTICES of which Said
Public Rearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNIOIPAL CODE, Section 9ZO0; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
it i made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
