· ~.~.~., a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated

WHEREAS, The City Planning Co~ission did hold a Publlc Hearing at tho
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 2, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required bM law and the provisions of the ~AHEIM
~NICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
. ~ WHEREAS, Said Co~ission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~'.. made bM itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the foll~wing facts:
1. It is proposed to connect th~$~9e and the dwellin9 with s Rumpus~Room.
2. The 9ara9e has s set-back o~ 1 ~t. 6 in. ~rom the side property line and between the hous~
..~:~ and the garage there is presently a fireplace located at this same set-back midway between
,~,~ the main building and the garage.
h,i~ 3. It is proposed to incorporate this fireplace into the new room.
~l.,. 4. The neighborhto the north bas no objection to this encroac~ent into the sideyard and there will
?~ be no w~ndow~ or ooeninos ~n said new north wall. .

1. That there be no opening on the north wall.
