WHEREAS, The 0ity Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
0ity Hall :n the City of Anaheim, on N6vember 2, 1959 NOTICES of which said
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 92.001 and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due ins~ ~c~ion, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
roports offered at said Hearing, does find and dotormino tho following facts:
This is a'duplex dwelling in an R-2 area presently being operated as a guam+ home for ~our
ambulatory patients.
It is proposed to use the premises for 10 guests with the possibility of turning two of the
three gara§es on the property into rooms.
Objections were received for the neighbor to the south against any increase of the present .-:
number of guests,
If the garages were turned into rooms this would make a rather intensive use. of R-2 property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM 0ITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Denies Variance No. 1167.
