This property is proposed for C-1 with the provisions of the new proposed C-7 Ordinance applying. 2. This is a good use of the property and and attractive building is proposed. NOW, THeReFORe, BE IT R~SOLVED THAT TH~ANAHEIM CITY PLANb~G CO~4ISSION H~R~Y R~CO~4ENDS TO TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF ANAheIM THAT RECL~SSIFICATION NO. P-59-60-48 BE APPROVED subjec~ to: 1. The installation of sidewa ~n Wilshire AYe. 2. The payment of $2.00 per fr~..~ foot for street lighting uprpu.~s. 3. The construction of the building essentially as shown on plans. The filing of the following Deed Restrictions on the property approved by the City Attorney. (a) That all buildings be limited to one story in height. (b) That the C-1 uses be limited to B~s, Business offices, Medical and Dental Offites, Pharmacies, Professional office, non-retail ~ervice Businesses ~nd any uses except restaurants ~ich may hereafter be permitted under future zonin§ in the proposed 0-7, Business and Professional Office Zone. (c) Trees shall be planted next to the required 6 foot wall at the rear of the property as a sound barrier. (d) There shall be a minimum 25 feet rear yard set-back.
