PC 1959-1960-107 _R~ '~UTION NO. 107~ - S~IES 1959-%0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CONNISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0FANANEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-49 be Approved WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property ownerI$) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lots 21 and 22, Block B of the Center Tract and further described es 211 and 215 South Philadelphia Street. The applicant, D£LIA P. Mc CARTY, 211 So. Philadelphia St., Anaheim, Calif., as Owner, requests that the subject property be reclassified from R-3, WJLTIPLE FAMILY R~SIDENTIAL, to P-l, PARKING, to permit the establishment of a private parking lot. WHEREAS, The City P1snning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59-60-49 on the 2nd day of November , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public ~earing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find ~nd determine the following facts: 1. It is proposed to improve the rear of these properties which are on t~,o alleys as a private parking lot, spaces to he rented by the week or the month. 2. These lots are each 40 ft. wide and 155 ft. deep and on the space indicated there will be 23 spaces. 3. The old houses on the front of the lots will remain for the present. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANASEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-49 be reclassified from R-3, N~JLTIPL~ FAMILY R~SIDENTIAL, to. P-i, PARKING subject to: -1- 1. The improving with biack top the parking area subject to the approval of the layout by the Public Works Dept. 2. Ihat all ingress and egress to said parking lot be from the alleys. 3. That the sidewalk on Philadelphia Street be repaired. 4. That a F~yment of $2.00 per front ft. be made for street li~htino ouroos~s 5.
