F-58-59-121 BE Ai~ROVF_D. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: (SBH TH~R~OPAXLEGALATTAC~D) The Applicant, ~state of Urbin N. Hartman and Anna L. Hartman, deceased, as Owner, 422 West Ball Road, Maurice Gale Hartman, Administrator and Mxecutor, 422 West Ball Road,as Authorized Agent, request that the subje~ property be reclassified to HHAVY COM~[ERCIAL from C-2, GBNHRAL CO~3~KCIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58-59-12~n the 13th day,of July , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM ~13NICIPAL CODE~ Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. It is proposed to use a portion of this property for the sale of boats and engines, which is considered a C-3 classification as there can be th~ testing and repair of ou'~board mo'~ors. 2. ~e minority vote on this reclassification believed that ~ blanket C~,3 without Dccd Restrictions limiting the uses would aIlow a n~ber of undersireable uses permitted in the C-3 classification. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CONMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. ~- 58-59-121 be approved for reclassification from C-2, GRN]~RAL CO~&VtERCIAL to C-3, iiRAVY CO~H~RCIAL subject to: I 1. Construct sidewalks on Palm Street and Harbor Blvd. 2. Dedicate 53 feet from the center line of Harbor Blve. to the City of Anaheim. 3. The payment of $2.00 per foot for street ~ghting purposes on both ~alm Street and Harbor Blvd. 4. That a rime limit of 90 days be set for the accomplishment of the' above condil:ions.
