A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OONMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the NW~of the NW~ of the NE~of Sec. 27, T4S, RiOW, S. B. B. & m., described as

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearihg at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 16, 1959
NOTICES

Public Hearing were duly given aa required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the of following all evidence facts:
and
1. This is in the Disneyland area where Motels or any other use is permitted only by
Variance.
2. This is a good use of the sub, eot property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING 00MMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1168 subject to:
1. The dedication of 60 ft. to the City of Anaheim from the centerline of Kstella Ave.
2.
That
street
improvement
plans be prepared and all improvements installed in accordance
with approved standard plans.on file in the office of the City Hngzneer.
3.That there be apayment of $2.00 be madez per front ft. for street lighting purposes.
4.That the buildings be erected essentially the same as the plans presented.
