A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Grantinq Variance No. 1171
WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has roeoived
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, county of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Portion of lots 11 and 12 of Sunrise Tract.
JOHN J. CYPRIEN~ as Applicant, 8352 South Sunkist, Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commissio:~ did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 16, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing ~,ere duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
..~ made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is an R-$ lot in the old part of the City.

I 2. The improvement of the property with s new buildin? should improve the surrounding area.
i 3. The proposed apartment buildin9 will meet the new code requirements except for
sideyards.
~ 4. The lot is 56 ft. wide by 112 ft. in depth with an alley along the rear.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PEANNING COMMISSION
~ HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1171 for four '(d) ft. sideyards and subject to the
i repairing of the sidewalk on Claudina Street.
