A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMNISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECO~NDiNG TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anahelm, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 22, Block I of Tract bio. 419, iocsted at 1450 South Zeyn Street, Anaheim, Calif.
The applicant~.~, ROBERT H. and ANNA A. BRINtLOW, 515 South Indiana Street, Anaheim,
Calif., ss ~ners, John H. Kinney Jr., 1441 South Los Angeles St., Anaheim, Calif.,
ss Authorized Agent, request that the subject property, be reclassified from R-E,
RESIDENTIAL AC~ICULTURAL, to P-l, PARKING.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-54 on the 18th day of November , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Nearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAREIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WP~EAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, ~d after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This lot is to be used for all day parking hy the Sheet Metal Engineering Co.,
1441 South Los An§ales St.
2. The employe~$ c~=s will come into the parking lot from South Ze%~ St. and leave
by way on an alley at the rear of the lot.
$. Due to an increase of employees, they no longer have available parking on their
present property.
4. This will avoid parking on the streems all day.

to P-l, PARKING subject to:

I. Replace sidewalk on South Zeyn St. ~
2. Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street lighting purposes.
3. Fence north and south boundaries of the lot.
4. Landscaping unused triangular spaces on South Zeyn Street.
