WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The SE~ of the SW~ of the NW~ of Section 26~ T4S, RiOW, S.B.B. & M. in the Rancho de San Juan de Santa Ana excepting therefrom the East 300 feet of the South 240 feet. The applicant, DAVID C. TOMS, 132210rangev~ood Ave., Anaheim, California, as owner, A. E. Arnold, 2435 West First Street~ Saqta Ana, Calif., as Authorized Agent~ request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS, 2he City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERI¥IED PETITION of REOLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59-60-56 on the 16th day of November , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as ~equired by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~001 and W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property ~o the north has been approved for reclassification to R-3 by the Planning Commission under.R~cla~siftcation No, F-59-60-55: 2. The property at the southeast corner of Haster St. and Orangewood Ave. is presently classified as R~3. 3. This is an ~rea Considered as suitable for high density residential. 4. The property under consideration is covered by Tentative Tract Map No. 3611. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN8 COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFIOATION NO. F-59-60-56 he approved for reclassification from R-A, RESIDENTIAL ~Rt~ULTURAL to H-S, MULTIPL£ FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, subject to: 1. 7he Recordation of a subdivision map. 2. The payment of $2.00 per front foot for street llghttng purposes. 3, The dedication of 45 ft. from the centerline of Orangewood Ave. to the City of Anaheim. 4, Prepare street improvement plans and install al! improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the office' of the City 8ngineer, 5.
