--: WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
'-~..~ in the ~it~ of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described, as follows:
Lots i to 17 inclusive on Beacon Avel:~e situated on the 'north side Of said street
between Nu~wood Street and Trident and .Lo~s 18 to 20 inclusive on the east side of
Nutwood; and Lots 41 -43 inclusive on the west side of Trident of Tract No. 3149.
The Applicant, GRIPPITH BRO~PLRRS, 922 West Center S%rec~, Anaheim, CalifUrnia.
~ WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold. a Public Hearing at the
:~'~ City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on July 20,.1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by la~ and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
,. MUNICIPAL CODE, Section'g200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered a~ said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
i. ~he waiver is for fron~ yard set backs to 20 feet on certain lots of Tract No. 3149.
2. It has been the prac~ '. ,,o permit 20 foot front yard set backs on interior streets in
order to provide a 3 ar yard.
3. It will not be detr:.: ,.o the Public Welfare or to property in the vicinity.
4. Garages will side on ~,.c~ providing off-street space large enough to prevent parking
over sidewalk.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM~{ISSION
HEREBY GRANT~ VARIANC~ NO. 1135, subject to:
1. The developing of subject property in accordance with plans presented.
