PC 1959-1960-120 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: ~e West 940.00 feet of tile North half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 27, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 10, bls- cellaneous Maps, z~cqrds of said Orange County. Further described as 2001 So. Harbor. APPLICANTS: A. ~ID~LSON & DAVID S. COLLINS 11261 Harbor Blvd.; 1130 W. Lincoln Ave.; Anaheim, Calif. An~leim, Calif;';: .... " WHEREAS, The City Planning C6m~s'st'on did hold a Public Hearing at %he City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 7, 1959, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the ~rovisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9Z00; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. This trailer park is proposed to caret only to tourists with travel trailers. 2. Protest was filed by 68 property owners in T~act No. 3029 directly south of the proposed trailer park that a transient trailer park with much movement would devaluate their properties. 3.This subdivision is composed of rather high-grade homes. 4.~e proposed layout of the trailer park composed of approximately 14 acres with 258 smaces, or. 18 per acre. is far above the proposed, allowable density for such parks..
