PC 1959-1960-121 ~) LUTION NO. 121 - SERIES ]95~-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~RAN'PTN~ VA~TAN~R N~: 117~ WHERF~S, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follews: &ll that certain real property in the City of ~.naheim, County of Orange, State of California, being those portions of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on the map recorded in Book Si, Page 11, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of aid County, described in parcels as follows: PARCEL 1. ~le West half of the North half of the North half of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 14. WNF~%EAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 7, 1959, NOTICES of which said Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANANEIN MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and ~lision, after due inspection, in' '~ WHEREAS, Said Co_~ tigation and stu s made by itself and in its behalf end after due eonsideratio:f'%f all evidence and' reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. ~hese lots on the south side of Tract No. 3552 are similar to those in T~ac~ No. 2225 directly to the South. 2. ~ile they do have only 70 feet frontage, the a~ea is 8601 square feet, which is 1200 square feet over the new code requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT T}~ ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~MISSION HEREBY GRANTS VARIA~CB NO. 1173 for a waive~ of lot width requirements.
