A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCS.. NO. 1175
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northwesterly 100 feet of the Southwesterly 189 feet of the following described land:
i Beginning at the centerline of Olive and Bro~d Streets; thence running Westerly along tile
'.' said line of Broad ~treet, 23 rods and ll fee~ for a starting point; thence running South-

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at th~
0ity Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 7,' 19~9, NOTIOES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ~AHEIM
MUNIOIPAL 00DE, Section 9200; and
' WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
~,: made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
. reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
: 1. ~e subject property is proposed for ~n Itali~ Restaurant serving wine and beer
: wi~h meals but with no bar.
. 2. ~is use was granted to the previous o~]er of the proper~y but was withdra~ and
a school for ~he teaching of Bridge was granted.
3. Protests were received from the property o~ers in the area against the granting
of this ~riance.
4. ~e lessee appeared before the Co~ission and stated tha~ she is now operating a
HEREBY ~ V~C~ NO. 117~ for an Italian Restaurant~ subject to: ~om
1. The dedication of 53 ft. to the City of Anaheim from the centerline of to 9 PM.
Los Angeles Street.
2. Remove existin$ improvements and prepare street improvement plans and install
' improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the Office of
the City ~ngineer on both Los Angeles and Vermont Streets.
3. Black-top parking area at rear.
