A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING WU~IANCH NO. 1176
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
~le West 71.144 feet of lot 7 of ITact No. 3022, as per map thereof recorded in
book 97, pages 4 and 5 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Purther described as being on the North side of Juno Place between Empire Street
and the cul-de-sac.
Appl¢cant: Robert P. Kart, Authorized ACent; 2520 West Ave., 9ullerton, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 7, 1959, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEi~
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9S00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is the one remaining lot not built on in Tract No. 3022 located on Juno Pl.
2. Plans had been prepared long before the adoption of the new R-3 Ordinance.
3. This building will be comparable to others in the area.
4. The plans have been approved by the Architectural Committee of the West
Anaheim ~ethodist ~mrch who sold these lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. ll?6 WAIVING SIDB YARD AND GA]LAGB RBQUIRP~NTS.
