WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at Zhe
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 7, 19$9,'NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and

WHEREAS, Said C~ssion, after due inspection, i~stigation and studies
'made by itself and in itE~ehalf and after due oonsiderati6~of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine th~ following facts:
i. This Motel unit was originally granted under Variance No. 950 but the time
limit expired before the construction was started.
2. ~he proposed Motel will be an addition to the present existing Waikiki
Mo~el on gazelle Ave.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 1177 FOR A MOTRL ADDITION~ SUBJBCT TO:
1. ~]~e dedication to the City of Anaheim of 60 feet from the center line of
v Katella Avenue.
~ Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance
with standard approved plans in the office of the City Rngineer.
3. The payment of $2.00 ~er fron~ foot for street ligllting purposes.
4. The erection of the building in accordance with plans presented.
