PC 1959-1960-132 r '~LUTION NO. 132- SERIES 1959- A RESOLU:ION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM RECOAgAENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT HECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-62 be Approved WHEREAS. The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of the W.-~ of the SW 4' of the SE~ of Sec. 12, T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M.; running thence N. along the center of the road, 674 ft.; thence E. 3S0 ft.; thence S. 674 ft. to the South line of said Sec. 12; thence W. alon§ the center of the road, 330 Excepting therefrom that portion deeded to the State of book 3~7, page 456 of Official Records o£ Orange County, Cal±f., and further described as the NE. corner of Lincoln and Dale Avenues. The applicants, LAWRENCE W. end ABILENE ALLEN, 2783 W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, Calif., request that the subject proper~¥ be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRIGULTURAL to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD CO~RCIAL. W~S, The City P18~lng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said V~IFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59-60-62 on the 7th day of December , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM ~JNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and W~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and al... ~,,~ consldora~Ion of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The properties east and west of the subject property are presently classified as C-1. 2. ~he applicant has had requests for the use of the property~ but until zoning is definite~ he believes that he would be unable to consumate development. 3. The applicant presented a rendering of how he proposed to develop same. NOW, TH]~tEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PI~ING COMMISSION .M~BY RECOA$~S TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A.NAREIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. The development of the property essentially as shown oD the rendering presented. 3. The dedication to the City of Anaheim of 45 ft. from the centerline of Dale Ave. 4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improwments in accordance with standard approved plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer.on both Dale and Lincoln Avenues. 5. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on both Dale and Lincoln Avenues. 6. The placing of a 6 ft. masonry wall next to any residential property. 7.
