GRANTING VARIANCE No. 1lMM
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a VePified Petition from the Owner(s) of a ~crtain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, desoribed.'as follows:
Lot 30~of T~act 463! and further described ss the south side of Lincoln
Avenue between Harding and Western Avenues.
Applicant: ANDREW SMITH, 122 North Western Ave., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on 'Decemoer 21, 1959, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. There is presently e buildin9 with three stores nex~ to this property.
2. The applicant proposes to use one office of the three projected for an accountin~
and ~ax Service businees.
3. The CommLssion is ster~ing action to rezone all of these lots not presently
classified to G-1 in Tract No. 403, lots 1-6 inclusive and lots 27-32 inclusive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I. RESOLVED ~HAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1183~ subject to:
1. The erection of the buildin9 in accordance with the rendering presented.
2. The filing of C-1 Deed Restrictions approved by the City Attorney.
3. Maintaining a 35 ft. building set-bac~ line.
4. The payment of $2.00 ~r front ft. for street lighting purposes, !
