A RESOLUTION 0F THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL 0.F THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
N0. F-59-60-~ be Approved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of ~naheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The west half of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section
16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, City of Anaheim,
County of 0ran9e, State of California, and being the west half of lot 11 of Helen and Lynch's
Subdivision of the west half of section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, as per map recorded
in book 442 page 158 of Deeds, in the office of the county recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, the east line of the above described land being the same as the west line of the tract
of land conveyed by Charles Schindler and wife, to Ne:tie Bygabroad by deed recorded March 15, 1909
in book 163 ~ag~.387~.6~ ~a~ds~J.
EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said
land 80.00 feet west of the northeast corner thereof; thence South 250.00 feet; thence West
90.00 feet; thence North 250.00 feet; thence East 90.00 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO HXCHPT that portion thereof described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner; thence
West along 'the north line thereof 80.00 feet; thence South 250.00 feet; thence West 90.00 feet;
thence South 100.00 feet; thence ~ast 170.00 feet to the west line of the tract of land conveyed
to Ne:tie ~ygabroad; thence North 350.00 feet to the point of beginning.
ALSO ~XCHPT that portion thereof occupied by Broadway on the north.
ROBHRT P. RALLS~ M.D., 13312 Verano, Garden Grove, California, as Applicant, requesting R-A,
R~SID~NTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to C-l, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMHRCIAL, with use limited to those in C-7,
BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICH ZONE, which is proposed.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the 0ity of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
N0. Fm59-60-2 on th~ 20th day of July , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Property presently classified R-A, R~SIDENTIAL AGRICUITURAL.
2. A variance has been granted for use, howe~rer, time has run out.
There are professional offices directly across the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM~ISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-2 be granted subject to:

1. Dedication of 45' from ~ benter line of Broadway. '
2. Preparation of street improvemen%cplans and ins%alia%ion of all improvements in
accordance with approved standard plans on file in %he Office of City Engineer.
3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
4. The filing of Standard C-1 Deed restrictions.
5. The buildings to be placed on the land in conformity with layout which is par~ of the
application.
6. 90 day time limit be set for the accomplishment of the above conditions.
