A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAREIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. P-59-60-3 BBATPROV]~D.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City Of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition fron the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The ~otlowi~g'/~s the description of the westerly O acres of Lot 5 of the Replat of Orchard
Park Tract in the City o£ Anaheim, located on the east side of Citron Street between
South street and Vermont street:
~e westerly 769.75 feet of Lot 5 o£ the "Replat of Orchard Park Tract", said distances
being computed to the center line o£ Citron Street, as shown on a map recorded in Book 7,
Page 6, Miscellaneous Maps, Records o£ said Orange County, California.
The Applicant, KEYSTONE SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, 312 West Center Street, Anaheim,
California, as Ownerj', requests a change of zone from R-A, RBSIDHNTIAL AGRICULTURAL to
R-3, NFOLTIPLH FA~IILY RHSID~NTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commiss'on did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of P~ECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-3 on the 20th day of July , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
AN~/~EIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1, Present cIassification £s R-A, R~SIDHNTIAL'AGRICULTURAL.
The property to the south is R-3,.MULTIPLE PAMILY R~SID~NTIAL.
3. The proposed use would serv= as a propel-buffer between commercmal uses on Palm
Street and residential uses on Citron Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-~9-60-3 RR APPROVED, subject to:
1. ~l~e dedication of 32 feet on Citron Street.
2. Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements in accordance
with approved standard plans on file in the office of the City tku§in~er.
3. ~'ne payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
4. Subdivision map to be recorded.
5. Lots abutting Citron Street to be one story.
6. The filing of R-3, Deed Restrictions.
7. That a 180 day time limit be set for the accomplishment of the above conditions.
THE FOEEGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 20th day of July, 1959.
