PC 1959-1960-17 ? ?LUTION NO. /' - SERIES _ j_- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION 0F THE OlTY OF ANAHEIM ' RECOMNENDING T0 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION WHEP~EAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange. State of California. described as follows: The southeast quarter of the ~'outhwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, estimated to contain 10 acres; also described as commencing at a point on the South of said Section 2, 20.08 chains west of the southeast corner of said Section, and running thence north 10 chains; thence west 10.035 chains; thence South 10 chains to the South line of said Section, and thence East 10.04 chains to the point of beginnin,N. Reserving therefrom for roads, railroads and ditches ~ strip of land 30 feet wide, along adjoins and each side of the Township and Section lines and a strip of land 20 feet wide, along, adjoining and each side of the quarter section lines; also reserving the use sad control. F-59_60_5 on the 20th day of July , 1959 , N02ICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHERFAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and StUdies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at Said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Subject property is classified R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL. 2. The property immediately across La Palms Avenue is zoned R-3. 3. Subject property adjoins a park and school site. 4. The land can suitably he developed for R-3, NFOLTIPLE BAMILY RESIDENT}AL.
