WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Fetition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lots 1-§ inclusive of Tract No. 1948 and further described as being on the east side of North Magnolia Avenue comprizing four lots north of Greenbrier Avenue and tvm lo~s south of said street. ~le Applicants, MR. & ~S.MARTIN SORKIN, 1016 Magnolia Avenue, Anaheim, California. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLA$SIFIOATION NO. F- 59-60-6 on the 3rd day of August , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself ~ud in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. This is a comparatively new tract composed entirely of single family residences and in the opinion of the Commission is still good residential property. 2. A variance w~s granted for an accounting office~n Lot 1 because this adjoined acre&Se prnperty ,,~o.~ which a C-1 classification h?.d been requested. 3.
