WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission d~d hold a Public Hearing at %he
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-9 on the 3rd day of Au(ms'~ , 195,) , NOTICE of. which said
Public Hearing was duly given as ~equired by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said'Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1, The subject l~ts were originally classified as R-1. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL~
in accordance with an a~reement with the };uil(.le~ {,f Tract No. 24~1.
2. The homes in Tract No. 2441 were completed and purchased before' Tract No. 211~ was
completed and the new owners ~bjected t¢ the two story height )f buildings

3. By agreemunz~ it is pxoposed t~ allow R-3 ( n units - .)ne story) dwellings

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-9 be approved reclassifying lots Nos~ 20 and 21 from R-I~ Sinalo Family
