WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has, received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of. Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described ~s follows:

Los Coyotes, C~ty of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map
recorded in hook 51 page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder
of said county.

MUNICIPAL CODE, Section ,200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commissien~ after due in~eotien, investigation and studies
made by itself a~d in i'~s behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said HeaPi~'t, does fiud and determine the following facts:
1. This property is or, Li~oln~Ave. between Stanto~ and Western Avenues on the South side
of'sa~d street and is ;reseutly classified as' R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL,
2. It t$ ~.ropnsed to 9reef a 20 unit Motel on the west ½ of the' property and later

3. This appears t~ be a good u~e of the property.
