F-58-59-112 RBAi~PROVBD WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner[s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Lot 2 in Section 5, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, said Lot 2 being sho~ on a map filed in Book 1, Page 29 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County. ~XCBPTING TH~R~FRO~ that portion of said Lot 2 lying westerly of the ri~lt of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. ALSO ~XC~PTING THeReFROM that portion conveyed to California Central Railway Company be deed recorded July llth, 1887, in Book 253, Page 168 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California. The Applicant, THB CHURCH OF CHRIST-CHILDReN'S HON[E, 1722 Bush Street, S~nta Aha, California, as ~Nner, Craig Grainger, 125 South Claudina Street, Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent, request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, R~SID~NTIAL AGRICULTURAL TOM-l, LIGHT MANUFACTURING. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 58-59-112on the 7th day of July , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studiss made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the fcllowing facts: 1. The subject property because part of the City in the North-Bast Am~exation and comprises eo acres. 2. It is bounded on the west by Sante Fe Railroad which makes it ideal as a manufacturing si~e, and is unsuitable for residential purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~iSSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION N0. F-$8.-$9-112 be approved for reclassification from R-A~ R~SIDSNTIALAGRICULIVJRAL to M-l, ~IGHT ~PACTURING with a 50 foot ~-L, PARKING-LANDSCAPING Zone on La Palma Avenue a~ Jefferson Street and subject to: -1- 1. The dedication to the City of Anaheim of 53 feet from the center line of Jefferson Street. 2. The dedication to the City of Anaheim of 53 feet from the center line of La Pa/ma Avenue. 3. Prepare street improvementrplans and instal/ all improvements on both stree~ in accordance with standard approved plans on file in the office of the City ~ugineer. 4. Payment of $2.00 per foot for street lighting purposes on both streets. 5. That a 90 day time limit be set for the above conditions or such other time as is permitted by the City Council.
