City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-98 on the 1V[h day of August , 19 59 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM ~UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; aud
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidsnce
and reports offered a~ said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Tho property westerly is presently classified as M-1 with'a P-L Zon~ across thc trent.
2. Tho property to the North and Wes~ are presently classified as R-O, RESIDENIIAL-
SUi]URBAN~ but coos not conform to present requirements for R-O.
