WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from tho property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did held a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-10 on the 17th day of August , 19 50 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of %he
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject properties were granted Variance No. 1041 for the erection of ~
new neighborhood ,~arkot ~uilding.
2. The old building was to ce used for other purD~zes compatible with C-1 Zoning,
but 'the ~pe~ifi(; uses were not known at the time the Variance was ¢Iranted.
3. The applicant requests re,;lassifi.;ation in order to obviate the necessity of
requesting variances each time the use is ~hanged.
d. This classifi.,ation of C-l, as proposed in the new ordinan,.e is to cover this
exact condition.
5. The applicant would file deed restrictions limiting the uses to those proposed
in the C-1 classifi,atien of new proposed orclinan,.e.
