RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS', The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) cf certain real property situated
in tho City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Lots ~ and 5 of Orange Grcve Acres located on South side of East La Palma Avenue
approximately 600 ft. west of Dowling Street.
The applicant, CLYDE PEARMAN, 7713 Hast zlth Place, Downey, Californi~, as Owner,
rc'ciu~,sts that the subject property bo reclassified from R-A, RHSIDHNTIAL AGRICULTURAL,
to M-l, LIGHT ~NUFACTURING.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59.-60-17 on the 17th day of August , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine tDe following facts:
1. This was a parcel considered by the Planning Co~mission under Special Use Permit No. 31
for use as a Trailer Park, which was held up until a Master Plan for the entire
area had been developed.
2, The applicant has now requested that it 5e re,cried as M-I, LIGHT MANUFACTURING,
which is in conformity with the Ma~ter Plan for the area,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COM.~ISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-17 be approved for zec]assifi¢:ation from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL,
to M-l, LIGHT MANUFACTURING, with a P-L Zone along the Freeway and La Palma Street
frontage and subject to:
