RECOMMENDINQ TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFIOATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the W. 150.00 ft. of the £. 898.00 ft. of the N'~ of the NH-~-of the N~of Soc. 13,.

is said Section is shown On a map recorded in book 51 page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of

request that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL~ to
MULTIPL£ FAMILY R£SIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said PERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F, 59-60-11 on the 17th day of Au§ust , 19 59 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing~was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due-inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and. reports offered at said Hearings, does find an{ determine the following facts:
1. This property was considered under Reclassification F-58-59-103 and denied by the~ City Council
without predjudice.
2. The applicant hes reapplied for R-3, MULTIPLH.FAMILY RfSID£NTIAL, for 14 units on the North side
of the property and presented a layout showing a 60 ft. street along the southerly boundary of
the property and a lend survey to show that th~ land is higher than the drainage channel so
that there ~ould be not flooding of the property.
~3. At the Public Hearing the applicant requested that the proposed street' be.removed from the layou'
and permission given to erec~ a triplex d~elling on this piece.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE.ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
