A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
8RANTINGVARIANC~ NOS. 1145, 1146 and
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Variance No. 1145 located on the west side of Stanton Ave. between Lincoln and Crescent
Avenues' and further desdribed as 325 North Stanton Ave.
Variance No. 1146 located on the east side of Stanton Avenue between Orange and Lincoln
Avenues an~' further described as 408 South Stanton Ave.
Variance No. 1147 located on the nortileast corner of Lincoln and Dale Avenues and further
described as 2793 West Lincoln Avenue.
The Applicant, BUTLER HARBOUR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, 9741 Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Ca if..
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in'the City of Anaheim, on September 8, 1959 NOTICES cf which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL. CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due'inspection, investigation and studies
· made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration cf all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These are the first signs requested for.~Yact No. 2938 consisting of 41 lots.and
located on Broadway, west of Magnolia Street..
2. Like variances have been granted for D~her tracts.
NOW, THEP~EFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING coMMIsSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NOS. 1145, 1146 and ].147 for three temporary directional signs
with requirements as Stipulated in Resolution No. 28, Series .1959-60 of the City Planning'
Commission..
