WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The west 194.00 feet of the following described land: The north 10 acres of the south 20 acres of the SW~ of the NW~ of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 10 West. RXCRPTING the north 100.00 feet ALSO ~XCRPTING THER~PROM the following: Beginning ae a point on the westerly line of the NW~ of said Section 21, distant North 561.22 feet from the southwest corner of the NW~ of said Section 21; thence North 89° 58' 00" Bast 194.00 feet; thence South 60.00 feet; thence South 89° 58' 00" West 126.01 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Westerly, Southwesterly, ocu~hwczter!y and southerly along said curve through a central angle of 89° 58~ 00" a distance of 23.55 feet; thence West 53.00 feet to the Westerly ~ne of the northwest quarter of said Section 21; thence north 74.96 feet to the point of beginning. The Applicants, ~[R. & N/1S. 3. C. JOHNSON & DR. & MRS. M. H. WALK~R, request that the subject property be reclassified from R-I, SINGLE PA~IILY P~SIDENTIAL to C-l, N~IGHBORHOOD CO~_ACIAL, for Medical offices and a Ph~rmacy~ WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-58-59-115 on the 7~h day of July , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after du~ cLnsideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1.There is presently located on the property a duplex dwelling which is proposed to be converted to Medical Offices. 2. A Pharmacy would be erected in the future 3. ~he subject property was requested for C-1 some time ago, but never was consumated by the former owner at that time. 4. ~e Medical Offices and Pharmacy would serve the Rest Home presently being erecte~ at the rear of the subject property as well as residents in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO, F-58-59-115 be approved for C-i, N~IG}IB0~OOD C0~v~RCIAL, subject to: 1. The filing of Standa~'C-1 Deed Restrictions of the C~jy of Anaheim as .. approved by the City Attorney~ limiting the uses to Professional Offices and a Pharmacy. 2o Payment of $2.00 per front ft. for street lighting purposes on Euclid Ave. 3. That a 90 day time be set for the accomplishment of these conditions. Note: Dedications and bonds posted on Euclid Avenue under Variance No. 1009.
