PC 1959-1960-57 ? UTION NO. 57 - SERI__E~' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMNISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60~22 be A~roved. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The North 2 acres of the South n acres of the Southeast ~ of the N~-of the NEt of Section 8, T4S, R10W in the Rancho Los Coyotes., Exceptin9 therefrom the West 107~55 ft. of that portion lying North of the South $0 ft. thereof. Also excepting therefrom the Hast 280 ft. thereof. The applicants MRS. H. S, CURRIE and MR. JA~ES A. CURRIE, 8211N~ Euclid Ave., Anaheim, Calif., as Owners, McDaniel Hngineerin9 Co., 222 E. Center St., Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent request that the above property be reclassified from R-A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, To R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-22 on the 8th day of September , 19 59 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property adjoins a developed R-3 subdivision on the north. 2. The property to the south is developed with nondescript houses moved in off the Freeway that are an eyesore. 3. The property is logically R-3 as there will probably he commercial zoning on the Euclid Ave. frontage. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- 59-60-22 he approved for reclassification from R-A.~ RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to R-S, ~ULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, subject to: -1- 1. The filing of Standard R'3 Deed Restrictions approved by the City Attorney. 2. That Catalpa St. be extended easterly. 3. That there be a dedication of 60 ft. on Catalpa Ave. 4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in the Office of the City Engineer. 5. The payment of $2.00 a front ft. for street lighting purposes. 6. That a subdivision map be filed. 7. That a 180 day time limit be set for the accomplishment of the above conditions.
