WH~AREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he 0wnerCs) of a certain parcel of real p~operty situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a p~'int in the Southerly line of Lot 47 of Anaheim Extension, in the City of Anaheim,

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hqld a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the
City of Anaheim, on September 21, 1959 NOTICES of which said Public Hearing. were duly given as
by law and %he provisions of the ANAHEIM ~"~ICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
~HEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself
and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing,
does find and determine the following facts:
