PC 1959-1960-68 5UTION NO. O~ - SERIES lgSg. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-29 be Approved. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The South 70 feet of the f®llowing described land: Beginning at a point on the H. line of Section 18, T4S, R10W, S.B.B. & M., 50 chains N. of the corner of said section, and running thence W. 8.77 chains; thence N. 11o4] chains; thence H. 8.77 chains; thence S. 11.41 chains to the point of beginning. Also excepting theref~o,n that portion of said land included within Tract 2928, as shown on s map thereof recorded in Book 95~ pages 1S~ 14 and 15 of Miscellane®us Maps~ records ®f Orange County~ California. /he KIRK-UTTHRBACK RHALTY CO. and PACIFIC PARK~ INC., P.O. Box 163, Anaheim~ Calif.~ as ewners, request that the subject prsperty be reclassified from R-A, RHSIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL, to C-i~ NHIGHBORHOOD CON~RCIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECI~SSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-29 on the 21st day of Sept. , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPA~ CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. This p~operty on South Brookhurst St. is similar to other properties in the area which have been developed for C-1 Uses. 2. An attractive building is planned with parkin~ at the front and rear. 3. The developers will provide a 24 ft. permanent.easemen~ for access to parking at the rear. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-59-60-29 be approved for reclassification from R-A, RHSIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL, to C-l, NHIGHBORHOOD CONN~SRCIAL, subject to: -1- .. That standard C-1 Deed Restrictions ®f the City ®f Anaheim, be placed on the property~ appr®ved by the City Att®rney. 2. That there be a dedication to the City of Anaheim of 60 ft. from the cente~line of Brookhurs% Street. 3. That sidewalks be installed. 4. That building be erected essentially in conf®rmance with the plans presented. 5. That a payment ~f $2.00 per front ft. be made for street lighting purposes. o.
