PC 1959-1960-7 0LUTION NO. 7 -SERIES 1959-~'~ ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMNISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM EECO~E~ING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION N0. P-58-59-118 BM APPROVRD. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The east 100 feet of the west 230 feet of the north 2 acres of the sou'~h 4 acres of the southesst quarter of the northeast quarzer of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M. EXCEPTING ~lqER~PROM the south 30 feet. The Applicant, JA~S A. CX~RIE, 14882 Jefferson, ~dway City, California, requests that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, R~SIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to MULTIPLE FA~XILY R~SID~NTIAL. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- $8-$9-118on the /th day of July , 19 59, NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The property to the north is developed with single story multiple family dwellings. 2. It is proposed to erect two duplex dwellings on the subject property. 3. A Land Use Study was prepared by McDaniel 2ngineering Company showing a half width street culminating in a.one half cul-de-sac. 4. The properties to the south are a non-descript lot of houses moved off the Freeway, when the property was still in the County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION NO. F- S8-$9-/15 BE APPROVHD POR R-S, MULTIPI~ PAMILYR~SIDP~NTIAL, subje¢~ ~o: -1- 1. That the owner file of record standard R-3 Deed Restrictions of the City of Anaheim, approved by the City Attorney. P~xtend Catalpa Street easterly as shown on L~nd Use Study. 3. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with standard approved plans on file in the office of the City ~ngineer. 4. Payment of $2.00 per foot for street lighting purposes. 5. Pile a subdivision map. 6. That a 90 day time limit be set for the accomplishment of above conditions.
