WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 5:1959 NOTI~ES of which said
Public Hearing were d~ly give? as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1152 subject to maintaining the residential character of
tile dwelling and that no sign be displayed,
