PC 1959-1960-74 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CONMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Grantinq Variance No. 11_~5 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, Skate of California, described as follows: Northeast ~.~ Southeast ~, Southwest ~ Section 22 T4S, R10W, S.B.B.M. except South 250'. ~.pp~Tcant, GEORGE G. GREGORY, 1021S. Hi Molino Ave., Pasadena 5, California. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 5, 1959 NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 92001 and ~HEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspecti~u, ir~vestigetion and studies maa~ by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1.A variance No. 1028 was granted in September 1958 for a Motel, Res~auran~ and Cocktail bar. 2.An extension was granted for six months more ~hich expired. 3.Nothing has occured to change the devolopment and the same plans still hold. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ~NAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1155 subject to: 1 The dedication of 60' to t~e City of Anaheim on Harbor Blvd. 2.Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with Standard approved plans on file in ~he Office of the City Engineer. 3. Erection o£ the buildings in accordance with plans presented. 4.
