WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of tho City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
Lot 15, Tract 3396, City of Anaheim.
Applicant: SW~NTECK CONSTRUCTION CO. INC., 1570 W. Sumac Lane, Anaheim, Calif.

WHEREA~,, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
C£ty Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 5, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing wore duly given as required by law and tho provisions of tho ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commtssio'a, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1.This is lot 15 of Tract No. 3396 located at the turn around of a Cul-de-Sac Street,
known as Dresden Place.
2.This can be considered as a hardship lot.
3.Building is'restricted to a one story multiple dwelling.

4. ermzssion has been given by .Ehgineering Department 'for entrance to garages from
Arlington Av.e. lying at the rear Side of the lot.
5. A drainage ditch lies along the west property line which runs out to Euclid Ave.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT' THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance no. 1156 for afron± yard set-back of 8' on a portion of
the lot as shown on plaB and a 9' ~ear'yard as also shown on plan.
