PC 1959-1960-80 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
Grantinq Variance No. 1151
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The H½ of the NWA- of the SW~ of Section IS, T4S, R10W, SBM, and the W½ of the NEb
of the SW~ of Section 13, T4S, RIOW, SBM, in the City of Anaheim, County of Oran§e,
State of California.
ROBERTSON INVESTN~NT CORP., as Applicant, 2127 W. Ball Road (P.O, Box 2356,
Brookhurst Station), Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 26, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Publlic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due'cOnsideration

reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1 The waiver of front yard setbacks will noz be materially detrimental to property in
i.i~:' the surroundin$ area.
2. The necessary extension of Groveland from the tract to the south created a real hardship
on the land and necessitated smaller lot sizes on lots 8 and 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CO~MISSION
HEREBY Grants Variance No. 1151, subject to:
1. Variable front yard setbacks on all interior lots.
