A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCB NO. 1159
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of A:mhoim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in tho City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 3446.
Lots 15 to 42 inclusive on Cris Avenue.
The Applicant, GRIPPI~t BROTHERS, 922 W. Center St,, ~nah~im, Calif.
WHEREAS, The Ci~y Planning Commission did hold a.Public Hearing at the
City'Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 26, 1959 NOTICES of which said
'Publi~ Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration o~ all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The lots in question are only 84 feet in depth.
2. To require normal front yard setbacks would result in unusually shallow rear yards.
3. The granting of the variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare
nor injurious to property in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
