City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on October 26, 1959 NOTIOES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as rsquired by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bF itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
!. A home on adjacent property is situated so as tb necessitate a less than minimum fronZage.
2.Plans presented appear to utilize property to its best advantage without detriment to
surroundin9 properties.
