WHEREAS, Said commission, after due inspection, investigation and s~udies
made b~ itself and in its behalf and after ~e Consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing,~ does find and determine the following facts:
1. Plans had been prepared and approved and applicant had sustained ~bs'%~i~al
expense prior to R-3 interim Ordiance going into eff~C~.
2. To require new plans would place an undue hardship and'heces~i~ate further
expense upon the app]icsnt.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I2 RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION
HEREBY Granms Variance No. 1162
The vote on the above resolution was as follows:
