F- 59-60-35 on the 26th day of October , 1959 , NOTICE of which said Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAI4EIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEP~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: 1o Subject property is zoned R-A, R~.~IDHNTIAL-AGRICULTURAL. 2. There is s service station on corner to the south of subject property. 3. Area appears to warrant additional commercial. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLAN~ING COMMISSION P~BY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~IM T~T ~C~SSIFICATION N0. ~-59-60'35 be approved subject 1. /he plans as presented with the addition of 8 ft. to ~e added to access ways behind buildings. 2. Ten feet of landscaping across front of property as provided in proposed zoning ord~snce. 3. Dedicate 53' on Knott Ave. 4. Prepare street improvement ~lans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in office of CiTy Engineer. 5.
