A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-39 be Aporoved.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim £×tension, in the City of Anaheim, State of Calif., County of
Orange, according to the map of surveys made by William Hamel, acknowledged by Alfred Robinson,
trustee, and on file in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County~ Calif., described
as follows:
Commencing at the interzection of the center line of Placentia Ave.,with the center line of the
right of way of the Anaheim Union Water Company, a corp., aJ said right of way was established by a
judgment of the Superior Court of the State of Calif., in and for the county of Orange, in an action
entitled "Anaheim bnion Water Company, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. H. F. H. Schneider, et al.,
Defendants", and being case No. 6468, a certified copy of said judgment being recorded in book 281,
page 126, Deeds, records of said Orange County, and running thence N. 0° 07' 25" £. alon9 said
center line of Placentia AVe., 91.5' to the true point of beginning of the boundary of the land
herein described; thence S. 81° ~.3' 25" W. parallel with the center line of said right of way of

of Placentia Ave., to the Southerly line of the land conveyed to J. F. Burgess and wife, by deed

Recorder of said Orange County~ thence N. 7~" 33' 10" 5. along said Southerly li~ to an angle
point therein; thence N. 79° 02' 55" £. 89.00' to said center line of Placentia Ave.; thence S.
0~ 36' 25" £. along said center line, 158.5' to the true point of beginning.

WHYS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of HECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-59-60-39 on the 26th day of October . 19 59 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section9200; and
WHEREAS, Said CommiSsion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Property is zoned R-A, R~SID~NTIAL AGRICULTURAL.
2. Commercial zoning has been granted across street from subject property.
3. Proposed use is for business and professional offices only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT I{ESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANA~EIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-39 he Approved subject to:

1. That the owner of subject property place of record standard CiTy of Anaheim C-1 Deed
Restrictions approved by the City Attorney, which restrictions shall limit, the C-1
uses to business and professional offices as permitted under future zoninc of the
City of Anaheim in the proposed C-7~ Business and Professional Office Zone.
2. Any sign to be erected ?o be governed by the provisions as found in the proposed
Business and Professional Office Zone.
3. Dedication to the City of Anaheim of 53' from the center line.
4. Prepare street improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with
approved standard plans on file in the office of City Engineer.
5. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes.
6. 90 day time limit for completion?of above conditions.
