F-59-60-40 be Approved WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim. County of Orange, State of California. described as follows: Lots 6 and 7 as shown on a Record of Survey of a part of Scctiom 4, I4S, RIOW, S.B.B. & M., filed in book 1~ page 55 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California. TOM & LOUISE SIMON, 305 West Santa Fe, Placentia, California~ as Applicant, W. Welsh Morningstar, 107 East Center Street, Anaheim, California, as Authorized Agent, requesting that the subject property be reclassified from R-A, P~IDENIIAL-AGRICULTURAL, to R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL. WHEREAS. The City Pl~nming Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. Dedicate 32' on Romn~y, & West Streets. 2. Prepare s~reut improvement plans and install all improvements in accordance with approved standard plans on file in office of City Engineer~ on both stremts. 3. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on both streets. 4. Record subdivision map. 5. 180-d3y time limit.
