A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 29 to 36 inclusive, in Block 4 of Su~erfield and Oppenheimer's subdivision of
the Sperl Tract, a' per map recorded in Book 19, page 44 of Miscellaneous Records
~_of Los Angeles County.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-44 on the 26th day of October , 1959 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due l',C.~*otion, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hoarings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Property is zoned C-2, General Commercial.
2. There are other service stations along Center St. ana in this general vicinity.
3. This should not be detrimental to oth~~ properties in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 59-60-44 be approved subject to:
17 Development substantially in accordance with plans presented.
2. The filing of Standard C-3 Deed Restrictions of the City of Anaheim limiting the use to
a Service Station ~nly.
$. Sidewalks to be replaced and repaired.
4. Payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Carleton only.
5. 90-day time limit for completion of above conditions.
