WHEREAS, Tho City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
~!{ a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
!! in the Oity of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 21~ Block G~ Tract No. 158, B~ok 12, Page 8.
DONNM. KETCHHSON~ 888 South Los Angeles Street~ Anaheim~ California~
as Applicant.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Publi~ Hearing at the
0ity Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November ~2, 1959 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and ia its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject property ia presently zoned 2-2, TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
2. There are presently no triplex dwellin9s on this side of the street.
Protests were received from property owners against +h~ intrusion of any
R-3 Use on their side of. the street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY Denies Variance No. 1164.
